  • Do I have to pay a deposit?


    Yes, a $15 - $25 non-refundable deposit is required to start your order. This deposit will be applied toward your total once you approve the design.

  • When do I pay the full balance?

    An invoice will be sent once your design is approved. Full payment must be received before production begins.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept debit/credit card, PayPal, Cash ( with prior approval , Apple Pay.

  • Will I see my design before you make it?

    Yes! A digital mockup will be sent for your approval before production begins.

  • Can I make changes after I approve the design?

    Once a design is approved and production begins, changes cannot be made.

  • How long will my order take?

    All custom orders have a 7–14 day turnaround after full payment is received and your design is approved. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and complexity, but we will always communicate updates if delays occur.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Because all items are custom-made, they are non-refundable. However, I will work with you to ensure your satisfaction—this may mean creating a new item or offering store credit in certain cases.

  • What if my item arrives damaged?

    If your order is damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours with photos, and I will work on a resolution.
